Well not eating meat means u need to watch iron and protein intake...

If you don't eat much dairy or eggs then calcium intake and vitamin d and vitamin b12 might be a problem

A mulitvitamin will help but you'll also have to try and eat new foods that maybe u havent tried before...

I recommend reading alot about nutrition. And be careful not to become lazy and a junk food veggie! Which I did and then my doc told me my vitamin levels were all dangerously low! So bad! lol

    Hope that helps.x

    vegEtarian, btw. :)

I doubt you will need protein supplements, since it is quite difficult to be deficient if you eat enough food with some variety.

What will the real difference between your current diet and your new one be?

basic advice: eat a lot of colors, and this does not mean candy.
eat lots of dark green. Include beans and lentils, and eat whole carbs, not stripped ones.
