Well I was in Australia and only pretty young (underage!) but had fun and got up to no good anyway. Went out with guys with long hair, lost my virginity in the upstairs laundry of a pub in the city; smoked grass in a basement called er.. The Basement...went to a disco called Up Tight in Sydney....went to demonstrations...supported Che Guevara...wore jeans and tie die and round sunglasses...had my hair long and parted in the middle...listened to Black Sabbath, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, The Cowsills, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young...listened to my music LOUD...wanted to change the world, and still do! Phew, what a ride...

Grew up in the mean streets of San Antonio, TX during the late sixties and early seventies. Smoked and sold grass, dropped acid, and drank plenty of beer. Listened to Grand Funk, Jimi Hendrix, Janis, CSNY, Blue Cheer, the WHO, Country Joe and the Fish, Allman Brothers, Led Zepplin, Deep Purple, and countless others who brought social and spiritual awareness to all of the groovy people of that era. I attended Woodstock and met a wonderful first love and had a blast. Those three days of fun and music were the best time of my life. I protested against the Nam War but wound up in the mess anyway as a member of the Air Force. Did my duty for Uncle Sam but was disillusioned with my government and country.
