Appearances aren't everything when it comes to being a hippy. I guess I'm a sellout though. I'm a twenty year old med student attempting to get a PHD in pediatric neurology. I wear polos which I hate saying is preppy, but I just like looking decent for classes, and ladies. But I hate the government, legalize weed and other drugs for medical and enjoyment purposes, listen to bob marley and bob dylan like its no ones business, and even have a few protest signs to counter those against gay marriage. Looks are deceiving indeed!
i would definitely not call you a sellout. appearances are not what makes a person a hippie. if youre a hippie, whether you have the look down or not, youre a hippie in spirit.
