Bought it and am scared of it. I've done 3 of the work outs and it kicked my ass. This is a program for the moderately fit who would like to get ripped an lean. Not for someone like me (just yet) I'm going back to the ashtanga yoga thank you!
Ahahh it has been brought into my house too. damn, I thought I was gonna die after the first hour : ) Went back to jogging after a week.. Then again, for anybody who is not as lazy as me, this workout could completely change a body : )
