Your item was processed and left our ROCHESTER, NY 14606 facility on March 18, 2009. No further information is available for this item.

You need to go in to your post office with your tracking number and have them trace the package. I cannot do this since Im 3,000 miles away. Once we ship it we have no control over what happens. If the package cannot be located in a reasonable amount of time we will replace it.

Well it is now April 10th and still no money. Chunky Glass are a bunch of lying scum. They will steal your money. Offers of sending free crap to make up for shitty service and theft is a bunch of bull. If you are thinking of ordering just check out the number of complaints against them all over the internet. Don't get scammed like I did.

I have given her a chance since late December when I canceled my order. Then I gave her a chance when I returned the product, that came smashed, I had canceled but she decided to send 2 months later. I also gave her a chance when she called me in late February saying she was mailing me a money order that day. Oh yea, I also gave her a chance when she wrote in this forum that she was sending my refund out March 23rd. How many chances does she get? Seems like people who live on the west coast have no problem, probably because she worries they can show up at the address listed. She has no problem screwing people who live farther away. I am usually very easy going, I know it's hard to tell with these posts, but I don't like getting scammed.

Hey, whatever happened to that refund? Quite a business you run. Take orders and money, then lots of promises. Anyone reading this should check out the site Everyone Does It. They are a European company and they have quality products that you will actually receive in one piece. My stuff came in a couple weeks, packaged properly and it was better than I expected. Chunky Glass and Northwest Glass are crooks. PLEASE research them if you are thinking of ordering. Just look at the number of complaints about them. Would you order anything else from a company that has so many negative reviews? Just because you want to order a piece you don't need to get it from a shady company. Do Not Order from Chunky Glass Pipes!

 

In your other post you claim to have spoken with me, but here you say you got ahold of "someone." The FACT is I never personally spoke with you. So your rant about giving ME a chance really is not accurate. You must've spoke to either Rob or Ben. You're twisting this thing so it makes it seem far worse than it is. Personally I'd say GFY but this is a business and I have to just deal with a-holes like you. Post your order number here and I will take care of it. I need to verify that you havent already received a refund through your credit card company. And if you already posted it, I cant find it so you'll need to post it again.

 

Currently I only have the blue double perk in stock. I can have the the single perc with the custom slide made for you by midweek. Not sure when I'll be getting more green double percs.

actually heather i should probably be asking you for some advice since you have a better idea of the products. I am basically looking for a tube with at least one percolator that is thick and hits without too much drag, but a little isn't a problem. do you think the extra perc is worth it? which one would you get for $150 or less? also, my friends and i will probably be getting at least 2 bubblers. which ones are some of your favorites for <$50 each?

personally i think this looks fresh as all hell...any thoughts on it?

The pipe combo is one of the best deal's we offer. Very thick pieces with the fumey dot pattern. Excellent color changers too.

The perc you chose is a good one too. I personally like the milk shot you get with it.
However, it does have a bit more drag than the single perc version. Although not too bad because they are diffussed tree percs...I personally prefer single percs though.

ya i am digging the custom bowl on the single tree perc as well, and it'll be easier to clean + fill. i think i should go with that one cause the water pipe I have now has a single perc (not even diffused) and it hits real smooth so I think a single tree perc should be enough. so will that one that I posted about earlier be "in stock" later this week? I think I am gonna get that and the bubbler/chillum combo i posted. I am psyched
