school lunches. yeah, so my entire school got food poisoning on Friday. It was funny, I skipped school that day to go shopping with my Mom and the school nurse called me up to tell me I had food poisoning, that the pork chops were bad. and I'm like oh yes, they did taste funny. which is funny 'cause Im a vegetarian. I guess one kid was in the hospital for dehydration and alot of people had to go to their doctors. so theyre "investigating". go figure that the lunch staff just happened to throw it all away before the investigation. HAH! theyre hiding the evidence.
the best thing about my cafeteria is the poor attempt at making us want to eat there more by having prize draws every month for people who buy food from the cafeteria.
ugh, my school lunches seem so bad they could be poisioned. I have no idea how they get away with calling the fruits fresh, when they're from cans that are stored in the back of the kitchen for months.
lol, I had this big thing with our chef last year. The fucker would never give me change. No matter how much I asked, he would'nt make change, not even for a dollar bill. So one day, I decide to buy a carton of milk for a dollar, to get the 50 cents. So I get in line with the milk, and when I get to the checkout, he says, "you can have it". I almost fucking punched the guy! I was so damn pissed, he just did it to spite me. I got him though. Oh did I get that fucker! I had a bottle of milk(there's two types of milk--bottle and carton) that was 2 weeks old. Two whole weeks! So I tell an AP, and she says to give him my milk, and I'll get my dollar back. So I go up there, and hold the milk hostage. He tried giving me a dollar, and I demanded 4 quaters. Lol, I still have them. I'm never giving those quaters up! ps--lunch food sucks, cept strawberry milk
Haha, what is that, some kind of OCD or something? You know, I find this kind of disturbing. At my school, we have mentally retarded students who work in the kitchen and serve food. Now I'm not trying to be cruel or anything, but I find that slightly gross and possibly un-safe. I mean, some of these kids are severly retarded. Who knows what they could accidentally do?
this coffee shop i've been to sells salad... and one of the kids who makes them has a deformed hand. like missing fingers, and the ones that are there are tiny and weirdly curled... and no matter what i cannot make myself eat any of the food there. its probably hygienic, but its certainly not appealing. plus whenever i go there for tea my eyes always veer towards the hand. its like a fuckin car accident or something.
I have to ask this; why don't you bring your own damn lunch? no school lunches over here when I was at school your choice was bring your own or buy from the canteen which sold pie sauasage rolls cookie times ice blocks ice creams cheap candy little packets of potato chips and on fridays you could get hot fish and chips if you ordered at interval, the final choice which you wern't meant to do is pop down to the local shops and buy what you fancy {although some got caught for dishonesty; I couldn't shoplift it hurts the workers not the company} so yeah pretty damn good to me oh yeah you could if you had a lunch pass go home for lunch
would you believe that i actually tried that and they said no?! wtf. the other day they were selling hotdogs with friench fries, and like i said im a vegetarian, so im like ok i just want fries, no hot dog and they said i HAD to buy it. i mean, i was willing to pay full price for JUST fries, but they made me take a hotdog and i ended up wasting it... now they have to kill one more little animal to restock our freezer because i bought a damn hotdog against my will! yeah, i am definitely bringing my own lunch. but next year ill be a senior and i can go out to restaurants for lunch thank you jesus
