Politics is defined as the process of interaction between humans that effect the behavior of the species as a whole.

Ecology is defined as the pure balance of nature, including the acknowledgement of humans as a significant addition to this process.

To be ignorant of the fac that humans have the ability to effect, and therefore manipulate, their enviroment more than any other base entity is to be ignorant of the hierarchy of the universe itself.

The sun is detrimental to the life on this planet, as well as the homeostasis on all planets in this solar system, and therefore is rightfully placed higher on the hierarchal line than our plaece.

So, politics is a process in which humans try to effect the universe as a whole.

Ecology, based on balance, is the process of balancing the actions of human beings.

    The question is:
Would you like the human species to survive the balance, or would you continue to try to control it?d

    Take my hand.
    Take our hand.
    Take it's hand.
    ...
Take your hand and be pleased..........................................

Every species seeks to continue to exist either by adaptation or sheer brute force over weaker elements that threaten it. Why would man be different?

The word 'eco' is intentionally put into the word 'economics' for a reason. We're supposed to be managing our ecological resources in a balanced system.

The sun is detrimental o.0? Maybe if we had no ozone..

I thought hierarchical systems were pyramids? Unless I'm misunderstanding. Lots of energy from sun, 90% gets lost, plants receive 10%, herbivores receive 10% of that, carnivores receive 10% of that....

eco--derived from the greek "oikos" for "house"

    ecology--study of house

    economic--management of house

The origin of the word "economic" can be traced back to a work from a monastery from 1440ad, the word "ecology" was coined in 1873 by a German zoologist, the word "ecosystem" was not used until the mid 20th century. So I don't know about intentionally, just the way it worked out.

OP--ecology is defined as the study of the relationships between organisms and their environment. Politics is defined many ways, none of them even closely resembles yours. Your whole post makes no sense. The sun is vital to life on this planet.

Next time let the drugs wear off before you post.

What's your issue? I know the etymology of the word 'eco'. Get over yourself before you spit on people.

I don't do drugs, but we all know who does in this thread. See above.

I apologize. I have a habit of posting with the idea that others are in the same mindset as me.

There is a balance that can be found outside of economic ideals. Ecological ideals do not have to hinder mankind in the way that many believe it will.

Many believe that ecology is the idea that the enviroment is more important than we are. But we are part of the environment and therefore can not be seperated from it. We must accept ourselves as a higher form in this hiearchy.

We must put ecology, the balance of ourselves, before economy, the control of everything outside of ourselves.
