My final thought on Dubya: TV reporters have doing their reports in front of this shed on the Bush ranch for four fnarkin' years. In all that time, he has not taken the time to replace that missing plank on the siding. Does he need to hire a carpenter? I'll do it on the cheap. If he can't even keep his own property in good repair, how well will he maintain the USA?
Hey now, watch it. I lived in Deep East By God Texas for many years, and I'll tell you what--a Texan would never burn down his neighbor's barn, unless he thought his neighbor was supporting The Other Cantidate, and even then, almost always it would be The Other Cantidate in some County or State race.
An ailing barn just reminds us of what a "regular guy" he is. Never mind that sprawling compound up there in Kennebunkport. He is really just one of the common folks.
How much did George Bush spend to hire someone to conduct research that said that a shed missing some planks is prefereable to a shed that doesn't? i'm just curious.
