Well, I don't know of any websites that currently have inline tubes in stock, but I got my inline from www.sellyourglass.com a little while back. They have inline tubes by n3rd in stock every once in a while. My suggestion would be to email the owner of the site and ask if he's going to have any in stock sometime soon. He's a really nice guy and super easy to do business with.
