Me and my girlfriend spent the ENTIRE night on Saturday lazing around listening to this! It's sooooooooooo amazingly good!
I know the album very well, but hadn't heard it in a few years - she'd never heard it before and loved it instantly! What a piece of music!

It's true what they say in the film "Almost Famous" -- "listen to Tommy with a candle lit and you will see your entire future". Almost unbelievably true!! Either that, or we were just very wasted! lol

We've been trying to by a copy of the live performace of Tommy with all the guest vocalists (Phil Collins, Billy Idol, Stevie Winwood, Elton John, etc). Simon Phillips is a phenominal drummer - very Keith Moon!!!

    PEACE!

I'd say that Tommy is their best work, followed by The Who Sell Out.

    'Tommy' is really good ...

but for me their albums like 'My Generation', 'A Quick one' & 'The Who Sell Out'
have spent more time in the record player then 'Tommy' even though it's
really good ... one of the first album i bought actually
