awesome tracks... love song intralude reminds me of flying lotus (big compliment!) your music could benefit alot if you worked on your sounds a bit more, they sound like presets, but the musical ideas are there. i like what you did with the vocal samples on the love song intralude, that is a good sound.
I have yet to truly seek a source of more refined sounds. My dream is to take a high quality tape (must be analog!) recorder with me on a road trip... CONSTANTLY record... and return to load those sounds into a masterpiece of an album You are most certainly correct, now, though, everything is just from a standard sample set. hey mate. it just doesn't do it for me i'm afraid, but the only way we'll progress is by pushing our own boundaries and so I urge you to create, create, create! i've just finished a little musical trilogy which I've called "the tranzendance edits" - created in ableton live 8 (full suite) using an m-audio oxygen 8 v2 midi controller - i'm going to get them uploaded to rapidshare and post a new thread in this section of the forums very soon so check it out if you like. back to your music man, i think it's the fact that i am strictly psychedelic when it comes to electronic music that puts me off - obviously others like your tunes and that's good! house isn't really my area but if you're having fun and are pleased with the outcome, then ultimately that's all that matters. it's good to see people on these forums making music.
