was a little cactus and I treated it as such...a year later it's a huge blooming hoya that I need to transplant.
Have you ever bought a plant and it turned into more than you ever hoped for?

No, but Im very interested in growing some cacti in the home.
Maybe I should look into that!
We are planning on growing a baby garden out back, but with a real live human baby coming, well, we might be too tired lol

I want more too, but we're moving, so I am going to wait ):
My mom took me to an estate wharehouse while I was in San Diego. I got tons of handmade pots and some italian made ones too, but can't fill them ): sigh
Can you tell I just really want to move and start our life?

I just wanna get the hell outta Nevada. I feel so 'stuck'. My hours got cut to about 10 a week, it's dry and my skin can't take it and I am not very fond of a lot of the people. A couple blocks down the homeowv=ners have a huge plywood sign (prob 12 feet by 10 feet) that says "Palin in 2012'. That sign pretty much sums up what it's liek to live here!
I am really bored too. I need to work more too, being careful with money just blows.

I live an hour east of Reno, it is way more sparse. No trees, nothing but a lot of sand. I used to love the dessert. Taking photos of it and the lack of allergies, but now I can't stand it.
    Ohhhh fiji....that sounds great.
    I miss CA soooooo much.
Andy's going to the bank today to see if our old preapproval is still good. We're going to go look at houses this weekend and then once we get in escrow I can move foward with my freaking life.

Yes! We're moving to the Fresno area and are looking at homes mainly in Clovis (good schools for kids, not as much gang activity as fresno). I am so excited about it being so close to yosemite and a 2 hour drive to moro bay, santa barbara and san luis obispo. I miss the beach. Not being near it has lead to really bad depression at times.
Oh, a cross country train ride sounds awesome!
If you are ever int he area again, let me know! I will make you an awesome veggie meal and dessert :).

Thanks :) You should get a succulent. I am obsessed with them right now.
this is the kicker, I didn't even plant this thing with perlite. I put it in with soile from my dead tomato plants.

Succulent are cactus's that can hold water right? It isn't a name of a pacific cactus is it? My plant/flower knowledge isn't that extensive, always willing to learn tho.
