Dealing with my car.

Hi!

My and my girlfriend recently left for the road with a car. We've been doing Rainbow Gatherings and there things are fine. The problem is when we get to cities we're lost because of the car.

I can't seem to find parking that is free, or parking I can feel confident in leaving my car at without being worried about it being towed or something. This usually leads to us either going back out of the city and camping somewhere or parking at a rest area or Wal-Mart to sleep for the night.

It's become very frustrating because we haven't gotten to really experience life on the road in the city. So much so that we're thinking about just selling the car and hitching out into the world instead.

I was wondering if anyone here could give me some tips on finding safe places to park my car in big cities for free, and without having to be worried about being towed if I leave my car there for days maybe weeks while we explore the city on foot.
