    Those pieces are freakin awesome! If I invest that much in a water pipe I usually look for at least one tree perc though

    yeah i took a look at them one of kind pieces and eh...they were too cheesy in my opinion...that rasta one tho...classy...that one is sharp!

    order update:

    placed order Friday 3/20

    Confirmed and shipped Monday 3/23

    received it today 3/26 plus im on the East coast.... Impressive

    The confirmation email that I received immediately after placing the order contained the correct address, which means that I gave the correct one, and am not at fault. When the Northwest Glass representative called me, he said that the apartment number had been left off of the shipment. Maybe you're accusing me of sneaking into your system and maliciously editing my own shipping address?

    The fact that you just attempted to shove fault onto me for a mistake that, by pure logic, HAS to have been made at your end, shows that you don't care about customer service. As does the fact that I didn't receive a SINGLE email in response to a significant problem that occurred AFTER I had been billed. You took my money, then didn't bother to give me ANY help for two weeks. Yeah, that's the definition of terrible customer service.

    You could at least have done the courtesy of saying "we know of the problem, we are working to fix it." Total time to read my email, and respond: 30 seconds. What a terrible burden.

    If you are having trouble meeting the demand for your product and have to resort to the kind of terrible service that I received, maybe you should just raise your prices.

    You werent told it was left off the shipping label, you were told it wasnt on the shipping address YOU provided. Making it YOUR fault it was delivered to the wrong address.

    I have the cobalts perc in doubles right now. I can add a dichro slide to that and charge you $20 less if you want. Not sure when I'll be getting the triples in.

    Ugh, did you even read my post, or just pound out a response? I have an email from chunky saying "item shipped to:" and then the CORRECT address. Not billing address, not some random bit of information, but the shipping address. and it's correct.

    Whatever, I'm not going to argue with someone incapable of performing raw logic. You've just confirmed to me that my suspicions of terrible service are correct. You could have just said "I'm sorry, we made a mistake, we will do our best in the future to make sure it won't happen again". Instead, you accused me of being at fault, even though I have electronic records from YOU that clearly show that I gave the correct address.

    Congratulations, you've just lost a customer, and you can be sure that I'll tell all of my friends about the terrible service that I received.

    Do you have a picture of the slide for me? And I'm going to double check to see if you have a picture of the double perc one on either your website or on here.

    Oh no! Yes, I sit around hoping you'll place another order. What ever shall we do? And why would I apologize to someone who was a rude jackass?

    Anyway we copy and paste the address provided. There is no way to make a mistake unless the address we're copying and pasting is incorrect. But if you can prove it was our fault, I'll gladly eat crow....

    Should be no problem for an apparent genius like yourself. :D

    The proof would be as simple as copying and pasting the shipping address I received as confirmation. Unfortunately, I don't think compromising my address by posting it on the internet for the world to harvest is such a great idea. Here's a quote from the person I talked to on the phone: "the apartment number was missing". You know what's contained in the address I received in the confirmation email? The apartment number, right underneath the street address. The same address I have everything else shipped to.

    And am I really a rude jackass? I won't go so far as to confirm your suspicion that I am a genius, as it doesn't take a whole lot of intelligence to see what's happened here. Let's review:

    1. Mistake is made in shipping address. Since you're so convinced it was not your fault, we'll stipulate for the time being that it was actually my fault.
    2. Item is shipped on Feb 18. Once item is shipped, I am charged.
    3. I notice via online tracking that there was an error in shipment. I send an email to contact@chunkyglasspipes.com on Feb. 23.
    4. I receive no confirmation at all that an error was even committed. I have no idea what the status of my order is, after I've paid.
    5. I send yet another email on Feb. 26 with the subject line "response requested". I receive no response. Again, I've already been charged, and I have no idea what the status of my order is.
    6. I send FOUR emails, from separate domains, thinking that perhaps my emails are being relegated to the spam folder, on March 4, with the subject heading "Service unacceptable." I receive no response. Again, I've already paid, and I have no idea what the status of my order is.
    7. I get a phone call on March 6 from Northwest Glass, I confirm my address, item is shipped the following monday.
    8. Item is received on March 12.

    And I'M the one being a rude jackass??? You took my money and didn't return my emails for TWO WEEKS! I had absolutely ZERO idea what had happened to my order. I even suspected that I had been scammed. Your service is so terrible, or at least you care so little about your customers, that I thought I had been scammed out of $80. and I'M the rude jackass???

    Not only do I not get an apology for the terrible service I received, but I get accused of giving the wrong address, even though the CONFIRMATION email I received from YOU had the correct address. You can't even admit that it is remotely POSSIBLE for someone on your end to have made a mistake? I have incontrovertible PROOF that you had the correct address.

    I honestly think that I am in the right here. I'm done arguing with you, let the rest of the people on the forum make their own choice about whether or not to do business with a company that doesn't hold themselves accountable when something goes wrong, and even blames the customer, instead of just working to solve the problem.

Same Shit And Way Better Prices I Have Bought From Chunky Glass Pipes And Northwest Glass Art Which Is The Same Company Before And After My Fifth Order Greg Asked Me To Send A Money Order Then Never Sent Anything. No One Can Do Anything Cuz He Goes Through Private Mail Boxes So He Doesnt Get Caught!!! If You Know Where He Is Tell Me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Did you read you original post? You're a rude jackass in it. Trust me. You make it sound like you're a reasonable person and that we could "work to solve the problem". But your original post contradicts that assertion. I fully admit, in several posts in fact, that we have had issues with poor customer service. That has since been resolved. So I ask, what is it that you want from this?

    Believe me if its your mission to cost us money, Im sure you've accomplished that. And Im sure your posts will continue to deter people from using us. So I would say mission accomplished to you and the others that have blasted us here. And I cant say that we dont deserve it, because we do deserve alot of it. But to clarify, we have NEVER set out to rip anyone off. Or try to scam them. Or selectively rip people off. Etc. etc. etc.

    I am tired of making excuses. We had terrible customer service. PERIOD!
    That is no longer the case. I feel like Im beating a dead horse here. If you had an issue with us, even if its years ago, try calling us again. Or email us. I promise you will get a response and we will resolve any valid issues.
    I dont know what else can be said that hasnt already....To sum it up

    1. We had terrible customers service.

    2. We now have good customer service, because I hired help. Rob and Ben. Please be nice to them, they've only been on board since January and have nothing to do with anything prior to that. They are great guys!

    3. If you have ever had an issue at any time with us, please try calling us or emailing us now. You will receive a timely response. And if its a valid complaint we will resolve it.

    4. WE DO NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!

    well i ordered a steamroller, a bubbler, and some pipe screens over 20 days ago.i have tried to contact CGP by E-mail and by the phone but they did not answer to either. are they even legit?
