Weird/gross tatse in your mouth on shrooms

Has anyone ever had this distinct, weird/gross taste in your mouth for basically the whole shroom trip, i have it pretty much everytime which i thought was weird, and i know its not a hallucination.

 

Yea. And I've even had it translate into a physical sensation that I could *taste* lol.

 

wen i eat them straight i get that taste. i like to make pb+mush sandwiches and that gets rid of it for me. its never been unpleasant its jus a funky taste.

 

yeah peanut butter takes that "raw" taste out of em. i do pb + mushies + jelly sandwhiches all the time. 1. it eliminates that old taste from the shrooms. and 2. its better to eat shrooms with somethin else to avoid feeling sick.

 

yeah, but i only get it when i burp..and i always seem to have alot of mucus in my throat whenever im tripping as well

 

the shrooms i got a while ago were pretty fresh, and i think they were dehydrated in a dehydrator. They tasted like mushroom flavored baked potato chips

 

not really with shrooms. couple times on acid i had a very unpleasant experience like this. the acid was laid paper that was covered in thick toner ink. shit tasted bitter as fuck, real dick move by whoever laid it. anyway the problem was after i started tripping the taste stayed in my mouth for the entire trip, even after i ate abunch of food. really gross.

 

I dont mean right after you eat the mushrooms, the taste isnt anything like the mushrooms even, its alot different. Usually ill get it like once the trip kicks in, but its a very distinctive taste.

 

i found brushing my teeth, flossing and drinking water helps.

 

yea they give me kinda a gross taste/feeling in my mouth and throat. and mucus sometimes. and i can smell them throughout the trip as well. fungus is funky

edit: i've had some shrooms that didn't taste very bad at all. usually they were the higher quality ones. but some shrooms i've had, tasted vile.

 

just like medicine...the worst it tastes..the better for you it is.

 

ginger root does wonders for shroom related tastes and stomach issues

 

that's the opposite of what i was saying though. for me, the shrooms that don't taste that bad, that i could just munch down plain are the really good, potent ones.
the shrooms that taste terrible have usually been not as good in my experience.

whenever I trip I almost always taste the mushrooms again at some point during the trip.

I dont mind it though.

 

like a burp that has some food come up?
