How can I make a persons life a living hell?

I used to have an arch enemy that wronged me in a bad way similiar to your story.........I would leave her a nasty note on the fridge...also sometimes I would fart and not tell her......seaward

I'm very sorry that someone has messed with you and made you this angry. If this person deliberately messed with your life than chances are pretty good that any indication at all that you are carrying this burden of anger will give them satisfaction. Sometimes the response of kindness can drive an antagonist absolutely crazy with rage that their misdeed had fallen flat. Don't let someone's cancerous character poison your soul. You're a perfectly decent and intelligent person and are amply equipped to rise above the bullshit and you know this. The ultimate victory for this "entity" who has messed with you is to have whatever is done to fundamentally alter who you are.

Just how much better you feel when you can talk about it ~ funny revenge, annoyance revenge, etc.?

Also, it's the planning and thinking of it that allows a person to come to grips with just how low they'd have to sink in order to exact it...

I agree dude, don't do it they will get whats coming to them but if you get revenge then you will have to pay your karma as well. Be the better person and let it go.
