You foolish plumbers and your archaic gas ovens, you need a proper electricians oven with nice calibrations and incandescent metal, for that is the true way of heating polymer clay.

Is there some place I can get a good tutorial on making these kind of beads? I tried but I could not get the right shape or hole :/

    NOM flapjacks <3

Its real easy to make them gretaoto. The way I do it is I get a pea sized ball of fimo. With a pin (I have a nice clay tool I use but a pin will do fine) or needle I push it through the middle of the ball of fimo and roll the ball along a flat surface to create a hole. I usually get 5mm hole from a pea sized ball :) It takes a little time to get the movement right but once you start to get it you'll fly ^^

i have tons of fimo. love it! i worry about the fumes also. cooking something in the oven after the fimo kinds freaks me out. im a nut i know. i went out and got a small toaster oven from the thrift store and use it. it works. just a idea. :) can't wait to see them when you are done.

haha smelly... i have just the earth colors... but I want to get some of the bright stuff too!
Don't be pissed sometime its so much easier to just buy the color you want... it takes forever to get it to mix completely. I have so much vision for more earrings to make... but i never get around to wearing them...:( so then I just don't do anything... but maybe i'll make some beads...and them ship them to whomever sends me the address first... :)

Theyre for sale… or they will be when I maybe set up an etsy store (someone help me).. and if youre really nice ill do some custom ones..

The colours I have are yellow, blue, green, red, white & black… which can then be combined to make all sorts of lovliness. Gimme what size hole youll need, and ill set about making them =]
