i want to go camping. i want to be, beside a stream or river, there must be a flat spot for a 16 ft. tipi, private but close so i can pack every thing in , getting old. and free or very cheep. real places would be geat. peace

Manitou Springs Colorado,,, right at the base of pikes peak,, beautiful lil hippy community, and the normal locals are totally awesome about the rainbow folk and hippies livin there.. You can camp anywhere and the cops are cool about it. i had my double decker rainbowed out school bus there for four months parked on the side of the road with a crew of twelve cruisin around town and everyone was awesome.. they have a great little river goin thru the middle of town, red mountain you can hike up in four hours to see eight towns over and of course theres pikes peak,, so pretty.
hello. my fav. not a lot know yet but sedona arizona.....go to stage stop. yes an old stage used to make stops their.park near road across cattle grad.walk 3.6 minutes thru trail,to a stream, linned with spearmint. then further in near the oaks, is a spring fed pond/ lagoon. romantic or just for paradise living....i believe a 14 day stay is the rule, and calling forest service ahead of time is good. sedona is the spirit capital of the us. there are over 500 psycics in the city and they read everything. they frown highly on panhandling so...be aware. peace out.also...tanqe verde...in arizona......peace
