I live out in Indian Trail, which is basically way west on Francis in the suburbs, pretty much the northwestern outskirts of town.
It gets a bit dulls from time to time but I keep myself busy with lots of work and school to keep my mind off how boring it really is. I remember a chat with some new-spokaners and one was like "whats the deal with the uncovered couches on the patio... cat piss, rain, blah blah blah..." It reminded me of a time in Ghettoacres at a friends with a couch outside, sat down into a mess of wet-sogged nastiness, and just chalked it up to experience... Some other long time spokaners explained it thusly, "when you have a party, smokers want to have a place to sit and chill outside; when a friend comes home drunk and forgets his keys with no one home he has a place to pass out; when the cat pisses on the couch in the living room after flipping the cushions multiple times you can switch it out with the one outside which has had (theroetically) enough time to air out the smell of cat urine from previous occasions." No but really, uncovered couches are disgusting and except for camping in style in your own backyard perpetrators have no real excuse other than being lazy. Just a sign that your in Spokane!
