Sorry if I sound fucked up. Im pretty noddy. Anyway, my point is im having a hard time finding any needle echange programs in maryland. I've heard of them and have a bunch of old used needles I'd like to exchange for fresh ones if I could instead of destroying them. The best website I could find was this one; http://www.baltimorehealth.org/nep.html However, the locations are difficult to figure out and I was hoping for more of an address or something so I can atleast mapquest it so I can get there. Does anyone know of a website or any other information that you think could help me find one of these exchanges? Thanks for the help guys. Its very much appreciated.
