mmmm breakfast

    i just had a big salad. lots of dandelions and spinach and arugula and stuff, green onions, green peas, croutons, a little shredded cheese, cucumbers, sprouts, a few black olives (could have done without) and a few chunks of fried chicken, with creamy caesar dressing.

    the olives didnt go with it too well, but live and learn. also, i had made it intending to eat it last night, but i didnt, so the croutons got soggy and stale. but there werent many croutons, and not many olives either, so all in all it was still pretty delicious. washed down with cranberry juice:cheers2:

    I had a cup of coffee. A lady bug flew into it and I was met with the dilema of picking it out and drinking it, or tossing it all. I just picked it out and drank it.

    i woke up - well, my nephew woke me up - so i had a bowl of cereal

    i then tried going back to sleep, but that didn't work, so i made up some scrambled eggs with turkey and peppers

    Clearly the most sensible decision.

    My breakfasts have been oatmeal for the past few weeks. Boring as fuck, but gets the job done.

    i love oatmeal. especially really thick, gummy oatmeal. with butter and brown sugar on top :D

    i've had oatmeal lately, too. i prefer eggs and toast and veggie sausage, but that's next to impossible while camping :D

    that sounds yummy nesta, cept for the olives. i prob would have left the chicken and cheese out, too. i really only like cheese on caesar salads, though i adore cheese in other situations. i've been making this delicious and simple dressing. tamari, olive oil, and rice vinegar, with lots of garlic. blend and you're good to go. keeps really well, too - damn near forever if you leave out the fresh garlic and use powder.

    I just had some left overs from last night, creamy chicken alfredo with broccoli, it was pretty good even for left overs

    I ate early for the first time in.. a while.. I ate three cannabis capsules at 8 am.. I ate round 11. munchies man.
    Had bacon, toast, an egg and coffee.
    It was awesome.

    I made strawberry pancakes at like 3 in the morning (up late sewing). I am still full and they were yummy.

    I ate an egg with shitake muchrooms and onions and spinish and black beans this morning.

    I love Oatmeal though! and everythingg of the morning hot breakfast cereal nature, like spelt flake, and cornmeal, etc...and then I give the left over to my ratty pets and they get all stoked on it...its good times...

    chicken+olives was the bad idea, and the olives didnt go well with the dressing, either.

    i've fallen in love with creamy caeser dressing. i used to just stick to italian.

    believe it or not, a basic garden salad with chunks of fried chicken in it is delicious dressed with bbq sauce instead of a "normal" salad dressing.

    i love bbq sauce if it's not too sweet.

    creamy caesar is also my favorite dressing, the marie callendar one is good and easy to find. but i've switched to oil and vinegar lately to take off some lbs.... as much salad as i eat, it makes a difference... and man those carbombs were'nt doing my body any good.

    anyway, i haven't eaten anything else since i had the salad (though i did have a V8 fusion, the fruit/veggy juices without the corn syrup), and i'm getting hungry. probably a salad and a sandwich for dinner. since i've gotten back from break, i've done well with eating pretty healthy. nutritious food which fills me up but is low on calories. i've also decided that i dont want to give up on drinking beer, but i want to lose my belly, so i'm reducing my intake of carbs, except for beer.

    between eating well and riding my bike, i should lose this weight in no time, i think:cheers2:

    i've been drinking more wine and liquor on this trip, and eating less, better, and exercising a ton. i've already lost all the belly fat i'd accumulated, and my legs look hella toned from snowboarding... god DAMN it feels good to be healthy

    also haven't had a cig in over a week :D:D:D

    riding your bike is awesome. i wish i could have brought mine... but yeah you will lose weight quickly i bet.

    i've been bad about smoking. i got a pouch of mac baren halfzware shag a week ago monday when i was on break, and i'm about to run out. i'm surprised it lasted so long! of course now it's all dried out and mostly crumbs, so its harder to roll. but when its gone, i think i'll try quitting again.

    oh, beer and bowl...that's a decidant way to start the day.

    My favorite was after parties going to little greasy diners and getting pie and boozey coffees :) so good!

    i ate a big bowl of granola, with wildberry yogurt and choped up strawberries, delicious!!!:)
