Fuck an Ipod

I love my sisters ipod. I steal it all the time ... well, it does have all MY music on it, but we have basically the same taste.

Got a zune... Not impressed. Disc media is where it's at for now. Portable dvd players and in dash players for cars eliminate the need for something like a zune. I've only got room for one portable device really, other than a cell phone, and I'd pick a Kindle over any of them.

 

I don't know man, my Zune has all my live show needs, along with www.archive.org I've got like 24 hours nonstop of music, plus i've still got memory left, like a ton of it.

However as far as portable dvd players, I do need one of those, cuz I have noticed that batts in Zune don't last as long as I'd like them to, of course. and port dvd players be would a better hit with the kid, since alls she wants to do with the zune is hold it and smudge the screen all to hell.

 

I have one. It was free. Well, some crackhead dropped it on the street stumbling home, and I let it lay there for about 6 hours before I picked it up. Left it in my friend's car. Haven't seen it in weeks. No big deal.

 

If you manage to get it back from your friend, I would gladly purchase or trade you for it.... since you don't seem to use it much....

 

And with the advent of in-dash DVD players you can actually save 4+ gig of music to the dvd in mp3 format, or still put 4-5 CD quality albums on each DVD/R.

Where else can you get books that cheap and that fast? AND have them read to you while you drive around, cook, etc.....

 

true that, it might be cool, but I like to read myself not have some eletronic thing read to me. I can put empasis on it!

i dont like ipods. I have this sansa fuze thing. it plays videos pretty good and lots of music. So it's pretty sick.

 

Well, since I think what Adam really was wanting to talk about was the electronic book thingy, duuuude, that thing is fucking awesome. And fuck iPods, my cheap Japanese MP3 player I bought on ebay suits me just fine.

 

I would love to have one of those. I hate carrying around books in my purse.
