Namaste Servants, I don't want to go on and on about The Devi Kundalini as the results here are quite predictable as to where the commentary typically goes, nevertheless, with such a divine phenomenon in service to the creation of both the individuals experience of mundane reality, as well as to how She can deliver one to the experience of Siva, one last thing should be said. The variance of experience w/Her, and the Yogic systems that through time that fail to utilize this total aspect of consciousness manifestion, at both ends, seems to be the issue. Many seekers of God claim awareness of divine reality, and rightfully so, but nevertheless toes seem to get stepped on, when aspects of other more complete systems reveal things or levels, or realizations they are not familair with. So instead of learning, or saying to themselves, hmmmmm...? this is intriguing, or whatever, they get offended. How unfortunate a maya block to the real goal, which is and always must be the subjective service of ego sacrifice. Unscrupulous speekers such as BOB BOYD claim forty years of Kundalini awareness, yet offer no consciousness change as a result of Her effect on them. All these things give a lopsided understanding of Her role, which is strategic in our lives. Whatever, this the nature of Maya. Regardless, the system I have been blessed karmically to move into is based entirely on the grace and teachings of Paramahamsa Satyananda and his associative Swamis of Yoga Bharati University of Bihar India. It is Yoga Tantra based and totally utilizes the Devi Kundalini , both in Her intitial arousal, a well a all further levels of transition. She is not just awakened and let go, just to move into other systems, such as Bhakti or karma, and these other Yogas are all always incorporated into the overall sadhana. That is what a sadhana is, ALL OF THE YOGAS INCORPORATED INTO ONE DAILY SYSTEM, but the primary focus, which is the Yogic basis of the Yoga Upanishads and Yoga Tantras, is to effect the structure that has us as we are with the mundane mind, which is what the Kundalini does, hold our ego and atmic consciousness in check with Prana, the cakras, and the nadis. Thus these are the spiritual modalities under constant yogic assault and stumulation in order to get the Devi to move, and once She does, now YOGA HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN. This statement is substantiated scripturally. Awakening the Kundalini is the beginning of yoga, not the end. The end of Yoga is achieving YOGA, the experience of experiencing oneself as the being of the universe, Siva. This takes many years. Anyway, my point is that the Kundalini's role in the manifestation of consciousness at both levels is sadly neglected, and it is said in the scriptures, "She is both the concealer and revealer of God", and is imposed by God as himself to perform as such." My experience continues to confirm this fact. Now I know you prabhus will jump on this, with statements like you don't need to awaken the Kundalini, or awakening Her is enough, or you're just slinging out oneupmanship, whatever. What I am, is a totally dedicated Yogin to the process of allowing the Devi to take my experience of individual consciousness back into its source, the pranic bindu projector of causal Lord Siva. As my eyes become His, my affirmations are confirmed more and more. Thank for your time, Namaste, Love, Bhairava Atmabhoda
