I looove the Celestine prophecy! Im so glad I read it before I had my daughter...it actually helped me alot. I love how it talks about treating children like little adults. So many people talk to kids in baby talk or disregard their opinions and beliefs based on their age.....but thanks to that book Ive always treated my daughter like a little adult and have always valued her opinions and when someone asks me her age right in front of her I turn to her and let her respond. BTW I hate it when people talk to me about my daughter when she's right there!!!! I wish they would treat her with more respect and talk to her [mini rant] So anywho...the celestine prophecy friggin rocks. Never saw the movie...was scared too. I didnt want the movie to ruin the book for me....as the Davinci code did!
