I was listening to a radio program hosted by a black conservative man. The man was wondering why some blacks demanded monetary compensation for slavery. HE thought that slavery gave African American's more freedom than they ever would have had had they remained in Africa. They now have all of the rights and liberties of an American citizen. What do you all think?
and he is full of shit too. if he thinks slavery was so god damn fucking great then, i say, let's ship his ass off to some place like china and, be forced to work in a factory for 25 cents an hour, 18 hours a day, 7 days a week with, no lunch break or, breaks of any kind. he will be forced to piss and shit in pants because, he is not allowed any restroom breaks either. i'm sure, he will love wage slavery to no end! he gets to see real free market capitalism first hand!
No. We should all just realize that man is man, and skin does not qualify for a different speicies. But I see what he could be getting at, but it's just too easy to argue back at.
You can justify anything if you really want to. I saw a boondocks episode, some old black guy was saying that blacks should be thankful to whites for taking them out of Africa, for the same reason that they now live in the 'greatest country on earth' thing. Sounds a bit too ignorant to me.
The greatest country on earth built off of YOUR slave labor. Yah, in retrospect it's all gold and grand.
