At first glance of your timeline I thought you had extensions because at one year they were fairly short and then a few months later they seemed quite a bit longer. And there pretty neat and tidy so that could create the illusion that there extensions

That's just some extended locks, but you can't see the difference, especially if you are a noob on dreadlocks ;) But he thought all my hair was fake.

Nope. I just noticed because they seemed to have grown a lot after the one year photo and the only explanation would have been extensions.. or super human hair growing powers :troll:

I didn't extend them after one year, that's just growth, I extended some a few months ago. You can see it at the three years photo.

I went to my former dentist several years ago, and he poked at my labret piercing and said: "My Professor at dental college regards these [poke poke] as body mutilation." To which my response was: "So that was his professional opinion was it?" The wanker.

My mother in law sees some kind of alternative doctor who she's been visiting for years, and apparently he is against piercings because they're like permanent acupuncture in certain energy points etc. I thought it was quite an interesting perspective, which just had never occurred to me. Obviously I'll still get piercings wherever the hell I want to :p

i had a bitch of a dental hygienist who used to talk shit about my piercings. shed say things like "youd be quite pretty without those things in your face" or shed ask me about my then bf (she assumed he was some punk) and when i told her he went to uni, she said "no nice boy could possibly like those piercings though" or something to that effect. cow.
and all i had was a septum and lip, not all that extreme
