do you really need a diaper for ayahausca?

    i read that shitting yourself is common on ayahausca and some people wear a diaper

    is this really necessary?

    Not necessary by any means.
    You may feel like shitting yourself though, so I would recommend having one.
    Better safe than sorry, I would rather shit in a diaper than my boxers.
