as long as i get to play as the little dog, i'm happy. that said, a majority of the games i've played (many years ago) went to whoever got boardwalk/park place. sure, it's only 2 spaces, but that makes it easier to monopolize the color and once there's a hotel on there, most players can't afford one night's rent there, thus effectively ending the game in a single turn.
I would trake Park Place and Boardwalk with hotels on both to see that... ...and throw in a get out of jail free card as well.
so you play where free parking gets all the built up fines and whatnot? so did i, but i don't think it's in the official rules.
Oh its in MY rules! And I think in most people's. You can't trust the toy company to make all the rules. It is a democracy afterall.
I was always the little car when I was a kid. I got to drive across the spaces while everyone else had to hop.
I didn't care what piece I was. I just wanted to be the one that took everyone down. Do you think they will have a new Monopoly with AIG and government bailouts and economic meltdown cards?
Haha. No, but I do think there will be something to that effect in the next 10 years. You should probably say nothing more about it, and devise the rest of it and patent it.
