I want to clarify with my neck... I used to not be able to turn it left.... which i now can so with minimal pain...but putting my left ear to my left should is impossible... would love to have my free movement back!

 

u see a chiropractor? mines really bad too alot, the muscle on the right gets hard as steel with a golfball sizxed knot iu can actualy see and the left gets so stiff i cant turmn it like u but i found a decent chiropractor helps alot..but im very picky bouit the ones i let near my neck..my back though ill let most adjust, ..but my neckstooo screwed up so i only let the best touch it

 

can i have a second lot for my shoulder? i really need to believe it will get better, im already missing the gym

and if it's possible im gonna throw my back in as well...i sleep on a crappy mattress and from time to time my back gets sore and achey...i got one knot in particular workin in my normal trouble area right at the bottom of my right shoulderblade

that might be tricky as that translates as 2am here in the UK and I will definitely be sleeping.

Buttttt.... I will send it with the intent that it reach you in your timezone and hope that it gets there. This is how reiki distance attunements are carried out, so I wouldn't have thought it would be any different sending healing. Can but try, I suppose
