So I have a 25'' Toshiba tv that I bought about six years ago (so clearly not an hdtv) & I wanna sell it now just so I can get some $ off it to help put toward a new tv. It works perfectly fine, I just want a new/bigger/better tv. How much do u think I could actually get for it?

I'd say 30-40 bucks on a good day.

Yeah, with the digital conversion and such you are better off just keeping it in case your new TV goes on the fritz so you will have something while it's getting repaired. That is what I would do. I would bet you can't get much more than $50.00 unless it's in really good condition.

It is a flatscreen, & it is in perfect condition. But yeah, like someone mentioned before I may just put it on craigslist & see what happens. Although my dad said he may buy it from me b/c my parents tv in their room is older than mine, so maybe I sucker my dad into paying like $100 or something for it. I payed close to $500 b/c its a dvd/vcr combo thing, but nobody has vcr's anymore & the dvd thing doesnt work anymore, lol.
