    I like carry on films! my fave is kenneth williams! my brother can do a really good impression of him! ooh and Frankie Howerd makes me laugh! Sid james was a legend and hattie jakes was hillarious!

    Frankie Howerd was hilarious, but he wasn't a big "Carry On" actor. Think he only appeared in about 3 or 4 of them.

    In fact I reckon most of the Carry On stars were better when they were doing other stuff

    i agree sid james hes a dude. he allways got the best charictors.

    an as u said charictor an not actor, i recon sid james as henrry the 8th was a rele cool charictor.

    Being the number one carry on fanatic on this planet.. I say.. NOooooooooo.. you cannot class camping etc as the best...!!
    Get watching the old black and white ones... for instance get yourself a copy of Carry on seargent and teacher.. Pure comedy without the severe bad taste..

    ..If I was to pick a favorite actor of them all.. it would be Mr Kenneth Connor!! A true great!!

    the black and white ones where good.....i like the one where they go to a scary mansion and theres a vampire woman
