where sleep without pay in the north Spain??

    Jo soy italiano y non ablo espaniol...:p

    I write in english....I'm looking for some places where I can sleep without pay...Centros Social or something like that.... In Santander, San Sebastia, Pamplona and Saragoza.

    Can you help me????

    in the countryside, i think, or in banks in the park.
    Or in the way to Santiago there are some hostels, really cheap
