Usually... oral causes a build up of pleasure, etc etc, then an orgasm, and then usually VERY sensative to the touch and twitching if continued. Well.. my girlfriend goes from no response, to saying it feels really good.. and it builds up and builds up and then... she just starts twitching? Every other female i've done stuff with orgasms and THEN it becomes twitchy afterwards. But with my current girlfriend, she just becomes twitchy at the peak of me eating her out.
