i love it. its funny/sad/moving. its about everything and nothing at the same time. it changed my life. zach braff is an amzing writer/director/actor. fucking incredible. whats your favourite quote? i have so many, one definatly is... Tim: "by the way you have balls written on your forehead" large: "asshole" Marc: "my mom did it"
I was looking for this movie in here, I'm glad someone actually posted about it.. there are so many good lines in that movie. "Are you really retarded?" "No." "Cool, great job man. I thought you were really retarded. You're just as good as that Corky kid and he is really retarded.. if there was a retarded oscar you would win like hands down kick his ass."
haha i love this movie! lol every time i watch it im mad fucked up on somethin. my favorite part is wen they go to get the nitrous tank lol all the peep shows were hilarious!
I don't really have a favorite quote, but the part where he wakes up after the party and sees the knight standing there is pretty damn funny. You're thinking, 'wow, that's some good shit they gave him,' but then it just turns out to be the kid that works at Medieval Times.:smilielol5: Love it. Love every minute of it.
This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Definitely top 5. One of my favorite quotes, and it's not so much what Natalie Portman is saying as the face she makes when she says it, is when she says, "So...You wanna help me bury this hamster in the yard before the dogs eat him?"
Just watched the movie on everyones recommendations. WOW it was amazing! I have so many questions Can we start a discussion? When his friend is digging at the graveyard and he's taking off the gold jewelry from the dead lady in the casket he looks at the main actor there(forget his name"") and they just stair back at each other for so long! I didn't understand quite what each was thinking, but it seems like a pivotal point in character and social scene development, but I dunno what that scene is trying to imply. I'm guessing it shows the struggle each is going through, whats the struggle? what do you think?
Mark(Peter Sarsgaard) looks at Andrew Zach Braff) and they stare at each other because he's stealing the jewelry off the dead woman. I think that it was implying that his life wasn't easy, and that's what it came down to, having to steal things from dead people to survive.
this movie had such an impact on me, it was pretty darn fantastic! Its interesting though, i really get sams character and really love her, she is so alive and vibrant, she is totally how i would love to be, but i connect more with Large's character, how disconnected he feels, what its like to wake up finally, to start to live after just existing for most of his life. i love how there is no like structure and stuff, its just a movie about different things he gets up to on his four days back in his hometown, its fantastic! all of my fave lines come from sam, one would have to be when they are standing at the door of her house and she says "ok so sometimes i lie, im weird man, about random stuff too, i dont even know why i do it, its like a tick, like i hear myself say something and think that isnt even remotely true"
