smoking resin

Smoking resin is for folks that run out of buds to smoke. Y'all should set you up a small grow area and never worry about being weedless again.

i never am weedless, i sometimes just like to smoke resin. its a completly different high and i like it.

 

I don't think it's much worse than herb. It's just the smoke that gets stuck to the sides of the pipe. It probably has the same ratio of tar/THC that the herb smoke had.

 

i just cleaned my pipe after not cleaning it for a long ass time..
the result was this huge fucking resin ball. i put it in the freezer to harden it up, and now in times of no weed, i got resin wooo

 

I usually save all mine up until I get a whole shitload. Usually about golf ball sized. This takes around a year or so, considering I'm cleaning 4 or 5 pipes and a bong at minimum once a week. Yes, I smoke alot of pot. Then I'll just smoke it until its gone, even if I do have weed. Its a different kind of buzz, a welcome break from the same old same old. Depending on what kind of pot i've been smoking, the resin can actually take on somewhat of that particular taste. If its been good stuff. Obviously smoking a shit load of dirt weed would make the resin taste like road tar, but I don't smoke anything below primo grade A shit.

 

How much weed do you usually get from harvesting each plant?

 

Just because you grow your does not mean you will never run out. Shit happens, and cycles are hard to get going. Plus, I guarantee that if you are any kind of smoker, you will smoke that weed faster than those plants can grow it. As far as resin goes though, love the high, just wish that it lasted longer than an hour and didn't make me feel so damn tired after ward.

 

I can't smoke weed anymore. When I did though, I liked smoking resin. It has sentimental value. It was my second high and I was soooo high. Dude it was amazing.

 

I used to smoke res whenever I ran out of green. Somehow, smoking it always gave me a stomache ache. After a while, I couldn't take it anymore, and just the smell of burning res would give me headache. I'm not sure what happened but now the stuff just disgusts me.

BTW. "Resin" is a substance excreted by a plant, such as sap from a tree. THC is the resin of the marijuana plant. The "Res" that you find in your pipe is actually "Residue".

 

it might be residue but it gets you friggin stoned. so the scale balances out.

 

i only smoke resin when there is no bud or leaf left or when my housemate tells me not to smoke the bud so i just do a scrape =]

 

Every time I run out of weed I clean my bowl, once it took me 2 hours to smoke a bowl of resin, I would take a hit and forget I was smoking a bowl next thing I know it was 2 hours latter

 

I miss my sherlock, Shakur. R.I.P. my homie. Use to get a shitload of resin from him, but I prefer kief a whole lot more ^^

 

my tolerency wont really let me enjoy weed anymore but back in the day i prefered resin. those fags hollar its tar its tar dont smoke it,are retarded sorry i just gotta say it. that shit thats in your pipe?same shit you been smoking except the resin is what didnt make it to you.so what if it does have tar in it so does your friggin weed so shut the hell up lol. resin is almost always stronger.here lately i been smoking alot of synthetic weed,its the shit.well the resin that comes from that is strong as hell! oh and kief is definitly the shit,but its better to get your rein out on a trey and lace it with your kief. i used to would do this,then mix it with my weed and roll it. talk about trifecta

Not saying THC gives you cancer, but that tar shit I wouldn't doubt it! Fucks with my lungs.

 

I feel like resin only gets me so high. Every time I've smoked it I've got to a certain level of high, and then I can't get any higher. No matter how much I toke.

I also feel like depending on what made the resin will determine how well the resin will smoke. Sometimes with chronic resin it feels like takin a hash hit, and sometimes with shittier resin you can't even tell if your getting buzzed from it or not.

In the long run, I don't like smoking resin unless I absolutely have to, and even then Ill usually just wait for some bud. Resin just doesn't get me to that place like fresh bud does.

Resin gives me headaches It never gives me that mellow complete high I want - it just makes me feel like i'm almost high and my head is light and hurting.

I'd try to avoid smoking resin at all costs, but there have been pretty dry times I have had with friends who dig it and they collect it all in a huge ball. It's always a last option though - no weed, no pickups, resin it is. Pretty gross

 

ive had that happen,where it'll only get me so high and peaks out.but your definitly right your resin will only be as good as your weed was,if your smokin dirt you'll collect dirt.in my prime i used to be smoking 24 7 any where from regs to ridiculous so my resins where usually pretty decent. ha lol joker black people will definitly give you cancer hahaha. but i cant stand for people to get caught up on health concearns when there already smoking weed and shit,its dumbfounding. i just think if you where that concearned you wouldnt smoke anything ya know?idk maybe i just hate my body or something
