Help with drug tests

:hat:I am going to be randomly drug tested with urine samples Any suggestions on how to get around it. I smoke pretty regularly and also use some pharmaceuticals. Any suggestions - please help . . .

anyway, drink a lot of water and exercise and then learn how to use a forum and not be a dumbass

That's it. I allegedly smoke daily, and I've passed drug tests less than 48 hours later by working out like crazy and drinking tons of water. If you work out on a regular basis anyway, it's a lot easier. Get that metabolism goin'!!! Good luck, and pick up some dip stick tests at your local headshop. They're great to keep around to check yourself and figure out how your body works. Peace out........

most definitely cut off the pharms. who knows, a little thc in your urine might not be the end of the world. opiates, benzos, or amphetamines on the other hand? doesnt bode well..
