well, i figure it's probably pretty difficult to keep a dialysis machine working properly no matter what. he must be skeletal by now, since he was already sick looking before.

I think its a stunt pulled by the conservatives to scare people into voting for bush. they have that one arab speaking english telling everyone that the streets will fill with the blood of americans.. and worse than the 9/11 attack.... and they bash bush/cheney on there. I think that its our "october surprise"
haha. it is entirely possible that bin laden just wanted to check in and flaunt the fact taht he's still free even though bush said he'd catch him. at this point, i don't think the terrorists will be able to change anyone's mind, anyway. to be american is to be stubborn.

I think he would choose death under those circumstances. If that was the scenario, I am sure he was brainwashed, or on some sort of mind control drugs. Or maybe them worms that Kahn put into Chekovs ear on "Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan"
