New to Anal Sex - Need Advice!

Although I have been with other boys before I didn't have anal sex until recently when I started a relationship. I found it pretty easy, it felt good and didn't hurt. I've been gently using butt plugs once or twice a week now for a few months and I took my partner easily.

My problem is this (and I think the answer is obvious but wanted to check):

I eat healthily, lots of fruit and veg. My shit isn't hard or firm but like a really thick paste.

The first time I had sex I used the toilet before but my partner's condom was covered in shit. It wasn't nice.

Some pages on Google say that doing enemas isn't a good idea but I tried it anyway. That didn't help. It just made things more watery.

So do I have to start eating stodgy food to make sex more pleasant? Or is there something else I can do?

Don't go immediately before sex. Try going 1-2 hours before. And shower thoroughly.

Maybe you could change up your diet just a bit, and yeah, going to the bathroom right before isn't the best idea. Showering, do your best to clean up so as at least the enterance is not so bad...

Haha, when I was a kid (like, about 7) I douched my butthole with the shower while I was in the bath. Obviously it wasn't for buttsex, but I did a weird watery shit and then felt really good. I never really thought of it as douching until now.

 

I always douche first a couple hours before i have sex.

 

Definitely douché before sex and scrub up after!!

UPDATE - SOLUTION FOUND!​

Okay, I know I grossed some people out with this but I've solved my problem and thought I'd post it in case it helps out someone else.

It was my diet. Not, as I thought, the quantity of fruit and veg but something totally unexpected.

I was diagnosed as wheat intolerant a few months ago and was told to give it up. Since doing so the problem I posted has gone away. I still eat plenty of fruit and veg but everything is nicely firm and stays in place - lol

 

how else is he supposed to describe his problems huh?

hey, ukmatt. some people are too sensitive about some issues. i don't see anything to be grossed out about here. good you found the solution to your problem. i would have told you that different diets produce different results in different people. so it's a matter of experimenting with different stuff to find something that works for you. but, you already have.

 

Omg, people are so insensitive/immature. I saw a thread like this somewhere in the sex part of these forums and people just trolled it. I'm very glad you found a solution, I had this problem before, not the greatest thing to have. And kind of hard to talk to people about it, even on the forums.

 

Going to the bathroom just before anal sex is fine, but making sure the bowels are clean all the time is a better idea.

Try eating a more high-fiber diet, and enemas aren't a bad idea if they are done correctly.

The trick with an enema is to do it a few hours before anal sex, since an enema can irritate the rectum.

people also cross-use "enema" & "douche" which are NOT the same.

A commercially available Douche's (as in the feminine hygiene product) has several chemicals & deodorizers in for that "spring fresh feeling" as they advertise them... bad enough in a poor woman's chooch, let alone in the VERY sensitive & highly absorbing rectal tissues. I have heard time & again horrific stores of men & women who mistakenly used a vaginal douche in their bum with terrible results... no wonder anal play gets such a bad rap... lol

anal specific products are different & only use water. An enema is a different animal. Its 5 times the water, & a deeper cleaning.

Most active porn stars & active anal-friendly civilians use just good ol' warm water. As it has been said, 2hours or so minimum before expected play. Your body will absorb some of the water. Your bum will feel a little "odd" but then there is an awesome feeling of truly clean.. & you will know it when its done.

I used to wrestle in high school & college & we worked for every ounce of weight shed before a match. Think a lil "brown on the crown" is embarrassing with a lover?
