There is this girl in my neighborhood who I've had the hots for since last Halloween. The only problem is she rarely comes outside, so I haven't met her yet. I really want to meet her and ask her out. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do? In case I didn't mention it before I really, really am hot over her!

    Peace,:)

Well she has to come out sometime. Go to that old standby tradition of stalking. until you get to speak to her.

When I was your age, I was a hopeless romantic and so hoped someone would fall for me at a distance like that, but I also hoped they'd have the balls to come and let me know. :) Why don't you just give it a shot, go up, knock, and introduce yourself? Worst case scenario, she tells you to get lost.
