Failing Probation Drug Tests

I was wondering how many people here have failed a drug test for their probation/parole and had it been dropped. I'm asking cause I'm about to go on probation for a year with random drug tests, and I can't imagine not smoking for a whole year, but at the same time I don't wanna go to jail for failing 1 piss test.

 

You won't go to jail. You usually have 2-3 chances before they send you back to court, then you either go to rehab, or jail.

 

Quit smoking, don't be a fool.... you are 22. Jail? Rehab? Be smart, have self discipline, you will gain a lot.

I failed my first piss test and my bitch of a probation officer violated me. So the next month when i went back to probabtion I was arrested and released the same day. When I went to court the judge told me to stop smoking dope and continued my probation. After that I didn't smoke again for a year and a half. The best thing to do is to just stop smoking for the year and get it over with. If you keep smoking they are going to keep violating you and eventually you will have to serve time instead of doing probation.

Eh, my lawyer and PO both told me the FIRST fuckup I make they'll charge me and I'll spend the rest of my probation in DYS. I'm a minor though and the 'war on drugs' in my county is a big fuckin' deal sooo.... really bro don't take chances, they'll most likely only test you once a month after awhile, so after you're tested smoke a bowl right after. by the end of the week it'll be out of your system, just don't smoke A LOT, just after piss tests.

 

Just quit smoking, it's so much easier than ending up in jail or rehab.

That is not a good idea. If you want to throw your life away by violating probation then go right ahead it's your life. But don't come bitching to us later because you got locked up for listening to stupid fucking ideas. You are suppost to learn from your mistakes, not ignore them. Just stop smoking and get it over with.

 

I've failed for weed 2, possible 3? times and nothing ever happened.
I just said "nah, Im telling you I dont smoke" and the PO is like "Ok, see you next month"
And truly, they can analyze at a lab if they want, because I dont smoke
Have no idea how I have failed though.

ok but you also have to take into consideration that every state and county is different.

 

grass will always be available. i have taken a few breaks for several months and have known people/friends to do the same. you dont want to play, and pick a short straw bro.

take the break. it'll be worth it.

 

Just because other pailed have failed multiple times and gotten lucky doesn't mean it's okay.
