Breaking Bad season 2 premiere tonight!

YAY!!!!!! After like a fucking YEAR, the second season of Breaking Bad is starting tonight at 10pm (EST) on AMC.

The show is about a high school chemistry teacher who gets diagnosed with terminal lung cancer (never smoked). He eventually comes into contact with this kid who sells meth, and eventually he asks the kid if he can cook for him, and the kid will sell it. He's doing this to pay his massive amounts of medical bills.

So he ends up synthing methamphetamine with this 20-something year old dude. The buy an RV, and drive out into the middle of the desert and synth in the RV.

It's just a crazy series. The shit they go through to get the precursors, to sell it, to not get arrested. And using the meth. I advise people to pick up the first seasons and start watching. It's only 7 episode, each an hour (45 minutes).

Yay I'm excited this shit is finally back. I hope there are more than 7 freakin' episodes.

 

I hope theres 70 new episodes...I love that show ...only 24 minutes

season opener was dissapointing...not enough crazy shit

 

I thought it was great. Good suspenseful ending too. He's doing a pretty shitty job of not being suspicious as fuck to his wife (Walter). Pretty crazy ending though. I wonder what's gonna happen. They had better play this every week.

 

i've seen commercials for this show before but never realized what it was about so i never watched it. now that you said all that i think that sounds like a kick ass show. i should start watching it

This episode was fucking badass as SHIT. It started off a little bit boring but towards the end how everything tied together caught me COMPLETELY off guard. He said something about 11 weeks to sell enough meth, so I think thats a little foreshadowing of 11 episodes this season maybe?

 

I watched a few episodes of the first season last year.

yea, its a great show, they played a marathon of it last year, from night to morning, once i started, i didn't stop. kinda like meth eh?

the opener was okay, looking forward to the next one a ton though.

 

i'm almost done season 1. fucking love it. characters, story, even the lung cancer plot . . . all incredibly done. very hard to stop watching, I keep telling myself "Ok just one more episode"

i saw previews like a year ago for the first season, but since i don't get the channel on tv anymore, i had forgotten about it. since i'm a scientist i was interested (the previews show bits of the periodic table) so thanks for reminding me.

i watched the pilot last night...pretty good.
