Electronic arts. they use securom, and other fucked up DRM that punishes me for using my software, I've never seen a game from them run out of the box without bugs (sometimes SERIOUS bugs) and they have entirely too much overhead, they charge more for games, not because they are better, but because they have more managers to pay.
eh, they still make games i really want to play, like sims 3 and spore (though the hype was better than the game itself for that one... the best stage of the game is way too short). i know the securom thing is complete and utter crap, but the games themselves are amusing enough to put up with it
EA is notorious for buggy games and piss poor customer support but the securom isn't that big of a challenge....
They're getting better, supporting more new and fresh IP's like dead space and mirror's edge, rage looks pretty sick and they're publishing that.
