Of course there are rules . It will take you a while to learn your way around. Once you find your nitch you most likly really like it here.
All the rules are written out in the guidelines, as long as you dont spam, using outside urls to take ppl away for Hip Forums. Troll, looking and starting trouble for other posters, Flaming, talking bad, or being hateful to other members. If you stick to those rules you should be alright. Have fun, but remember never ever feed the trolls esp after midnight sh
