Alright, I made a speaker box into my growing area. I have 3 lights. 2 43w cfls and 1 26w daylight cfl. I have another of the 26w but dont have a way to install it. box is painted flatt white and I have a intake van drilled into the back of it. a bigg computer van. that was ment for cooling and is hard wired already. Soil and nutes are plain dirt untill need transplant. then they going into schults soil, but im going to mix it with half plain soil and the other soil so the nutes from the are as strong. If They show signs from over nutes ill just flush it out good and throw and wait a few days to add some nutes to the water. I have 6 started about a week ago on the 18th. They look awesome. here are some pics. I plain to end up with about 3-4. but they are just bag seed.

Pretty cool. don't smoke cigs around your plants though. or anything for that matter. If its just some plain soil you'll def. wanna be giving it some source of N/P/K pretty soon. looks good so far though.

Agree ^^^ cool is an understatement.
Look for yellowing of the leaves thats when to start feeding but not to much pk for vegging.
The idea with seedling is not to over feed so you dont need to flush coz that will just stress them out.

Lol dont you go all techno and mention the lumens word orison. Cant remember what values natural light is but clf 50-80 watts per square foot is what i'd aim for just remember to change the bulbs in about a year coz the light or lumens will drop out quite quick with clf's.

Tell ya what makes a good reflector is if you can find a dumped or thrown away consealed lighting unit with the metal strip reflectors for tubes, ya know the type they use in offices shop and kitchens.
Just remember to earth every reflector though lol lol.

Looks cool, just make sure that you have enough space to finish out flowering. Also, high quality soiless mixes are hand and fist over garden dirt and cheapo potting soil(aka garden dirt). Trust me on this one.
