    mine was bad bad bad
i use the deep cleanse, no lemon juice tho..only a lil bit of teatree and alotta rosemary
it dissolves the dandruff and the more i use it the longer it takes to come back..
    love that stuff

if real bad do the rosemary etea in the herbs for your head thread..spray it on leave it on..

how are u washing now and how often
    with what
your not doing something silly like wearring a stocking to wash are u

and..hats..how much time u got your dreads tucked in s hat?

Maybe all the hat-wearing is preventing the movement needed to help your scalp shed properly? I've noticed on the couple of occasions I "maintained" my roots a bit, the reduced movement in that area resulted in an immediate increase in scalp flakes, just in the tightened parts.
When you wash your hair, do you get your fingers right in amongst the roots and give the scalp a good scrub? Maybe spend a few minutes each evening massaging your scalp, it might help the skin to shed properly.
