    No. How could anyone regulate the internet? It's fucking massive. The ISP's would have to like block certain content. And if you're paying for it you don't want half-assed service.

    i think its in ukraine. Eastern european prison = tuberculosis in under 6 months. The whole rape thing isnt big anywhere outside of US, people just get pounded to a pulp should they fuck with someone or not do as told by gangs etc.

    the internet is the manifestation of one consciousness. the internet contains every moral and depravity of humankind. foot fetishes to snuff videos to infants laughing to world history. paranoid conspiracies, and some not so paranoid. it has everything but no conscience, and its not supposed to. its supposed to be as honest as those who post to it, and it encompasses every level of honesty. it destroys illusions of humanity that so many people cling to.
