    does anyone know a website of the current laws of promoting a fest or having one on your own land?? i live in New york also.

    im thinken next summer, we got a few people throwing in on some land like 80 acres or so....:sunglasse anyone can come!! we are not doing it for $$ we are doing it for the fun and the love no more $80 tickets!!
