What size handgun for suicide?

Not a bad choice by any means, but I would avoid handguns for suicide altogether. There's a reason soldiers use rifles: They kill more efficiently.

Also, if I had a desert eagle in my hands, I would feel way too cool to commit suicide.

 

I've heard somewhere that a .22 is the most fatal headshot wound because it does exactly that.

 

.50 hollowpoints will definitely be more fatal than a .22

 

It might have been the other way around, I know I heard it somewhere but it could have been anything stupid.

 

A .22 is just as likely to partially deflect on the skull and leave you vegged for the rest of your life. Cheap but not a good time.

 

My medic friend told me stories about the .22 attempted suicides. The bullet really does bounce around inside of the skull and do damage, but she had never seen a fatal suicide by .22, except for one that shot into the airway in the back of the throat, instead of up into the skull. It would be a mistake to TRY it.

Shotguns work good. My sister's friend's old man blew half his head off last Friday. She came home to find him at the picnic table in the yard with half his face left. Very effective. (For real)

If you really want to die, effectively, there are other methods that will do the trick quick and painless. Unless you are just stupid, or on really strong drugs. I've seen idiots hit the ground after falling from a 4 story parking garage and get up and walk away.

I tried a .22 once..all it did was leave a nasty scar on my forehead and give me a fairly bad head-ache...now i am waiting for a 50 mm turret mounted machine gun,,should take my head clean off.......wish me luck
