I'm not sure if 2012 will result in sudden changes in consciousness, world government takeover, etc., but I do know that humanity's consciousness is reaching a critical point where old ideas will be completely abolished and a new consciousness will unfold. Society will eventually reflect the truths of humanity (the initial state of the human in nature w/o rule, but backed with extreme intelligence)

In prehistoric times there might not of been diplomacy because there was no such thing as language. Cavemen from opposing tribes might of just beat each other to death out of fear. Language opened up new universes of possibilities. That is evolution.

Think of how long it took to for slavery to be abolished. How long it took for the idea of democracy to even sprout, that people didn't have to be ruled by one person with absolute authority. It took millenia. Or that all race's are essentially equals. All it took was a mere thought. And once that thought gained enough momentum it manifested into reality. As long as people keep on believing in the current system, that they have to be enslaved physically/economically, then they will. All it took was for one or two people to look look deep inside and recognize these feelings such as unambiguous terms like "liberty" and "freedom" instead of believing the outside reality which was being presented to them. These revolutionaries didn't know how these concepts would be formed into reality, political systems such as a "democracy" had never lasted a decent while until America. But as long as we set our hearts on liberty, then it will manifest. That is the rule of the universe. No product will ever get sold on the market without intertia, nor would any fashion industry be successful without belief in it.

Most of us are all too familiar with the tools government use to keep the scales of balanced tipped in their favor. Disinformation, secrecy, and exploitation. But what is amazing about the time we are living in right now is instant communication, such as the internet. It is like everybody (in modern countries) can be psychics, with instant communication between two minds. What is happening as time progresses is a giant ball of information condensing about everything from all over the world, and it's all up for grabs. Minds are meshing, the individuals knowledge becomes global knowledge, and so rises the "global consciousness". That is why 2012 is a critical mass point. People are constantly expanding their knowledge about government conspiracies, the reality of monetary systems, economic slavery, and many other unfairnesses as well as more positive information from around the world. We are becoming more conscious of what it means to be a truly free human being, and it's something which will return into a sort of "revolution / shift in global consciousness" once enough people realize the same thoughts. People know that they are being exploited, and we are all seeing (especially on the forums) is people starting to reject the system. With enough inertia these thoughts will HAVE to manifest into reality, because that is the nature of thought and creation.

What 2012 signifies to me is the complete physical manifestation of all of these truths. Nowadays there are no segregated bathrooms because the thoughts of liberty/equality have pervaded into the physical world. Soon will be the day when we look back at the fractional reserve system and wonder how we could of ever allowed such an exploitive and ultimately self-defeating system exist. We won't be held back from the hundreds of beneficial uses of marijuana/hemp just because of past fear and thoughts about it. 2012 is the next large liberation of human consciousness from past enslavements which have kept us from seeing our true nature / potential. Take an African slave from the 1200's and tell him that if he was in the world 800 years later that he could one day become president of the United States, that would be a giant unfoldment of consciousness for him individually. 2012 is simply the continuation of the unfoldment of our inner truths into reality. They will in turn face new "problems" or concepts which we could not even conceive of now. It's like caveman worrying about weapons of mass destruction or trench warfare. We have all the cures and answers for every problem that has ever existed, we just have to embrace it. It's like having a magic pill that will give 100% of your DV of all essential vitamins/minerals/fats for a day. Distribution of this pill would surely destroy millions of jobs, completely crumble the current system. But in the ashes of the illusionary destruction arises the phoenix. We realize that it was not destruction we witnessed, but molting the carapace of the old and arising something totally new. We find new potential uses for labor, land, resources. We can endeavor in possibilities unfathomed, unrealized because we chained our souls and minds to the illusions of what is deemed as "reality".

Withholding any experience is barring truth. MDMA may be bad for you long term, but a once in a lifetime experience of pure love can teach a person a truth carried for a lifetime. Cutting down of rainforests could of been lessened if we grew industrial hemp. Rainforest plants that have gone extinct could have given us new cures. Restricting truth / freedom is what ultimately causes conflict, and controlling that has ultimately been the human tragedy of centuries. Everything in existence moves towards truth, experience, freedom, and it is disharmony that is the universe's way of telling us that we have to change.

(*Side note*) LIke one of my ideas for the future. Health should be one of the top priorities of humanity, as a healthy body supports happiness. Why do we allow ourselves to be exploited by large franchises such as Giant Eagle that charge crazy prices for food? In this modern era of technology, we shouldn't have this type of food distribution system anymore. We should work directly with the farmers who mass grow produce, and make contracts with them. Depending on how much we buy, we would save an increasing amount of money. The means for sale would be an online website which people order from, with running counters of the current savings rates, how much is needed to hit the next one, and many other features that take advantage of instant communication/ information. THe more inertia the program gets, the more the people ultimately save, the only middle man being the automated website which has no interest in profit ^^. Both sides win, and none are effectively exploited. The farmer makes more money, and we save money. The program would be run on the community / city / country level too. Of course such a program would only work if people valued healthy eating, and lessened their addictions to many of the foods that cause 99% of the health problems that exist.)

All I advocate is that people (especially the forums, which are a major shaping force in this unfoldment of consciousness) keep on doing what you're doing. The world will not end in 2012 unless you let your thoughts gravitate on despair and destruction. The end of the current system is just the potential of birth of another, it only matters where we let our thoughts gravitate to. It's hard to think within the realities of the far future because we are so conditioned to the systems and rules of today. For this generation it is our duty to manifest our inner truths in physical reality. That is what 2012 means to me.

    *Oh, and Go Ron Paul!*

What books have you been reading?
I only skimmed through your post - more people will absorb your message if you use fewer words to say more - but I agree with your overall message.

We need to reach a critical mass of people who feel the same way. Maybe that is what is prophesised for 2012; a change in gravity affecting global consciousness so as to make people realize oneness and love, and so we might finally discover peace and unity.

2012 or not, however, I think our kind will reach this conclusion within our lifetime. Maybe my opinion is driven by hope, but I am convinced we will see radical, positive change. I don't want to live in this world, and I don't think any sane person would either.

Yah I tend to get lengthy cuz I'm used to IM talk, forums I find too restrictive to expand on ideas. I just tend to think a lot, and read about history.

My main philosophy in life is... "Everything is thought". If you understand that, you can solve anything. The setup of a keyboard, the purpose of a lock, the need of a telephone, how can fashion industries exist. All of it stems from thought, so you simply track the thoughts back to their sources.

A car is only a car if you call it so. Personally I believe they were meant to be built with heavy steel bumpers on the front, and used to hit buffalo on the Great Plains. But people took off the bumpers, built roads, and use em for that now. What a shame =(

I'm not very good a predictions, but with so many different historical references from so many different sources, I feel that something will happen for sure. [IMG]

So what books have you been reading to help you reach this conclusion?

I agree that everything is thought, or rather, energy/vibration. I think this is fairly commonly accepted by now, also in scientific communities.

Thx for the tips guys. Hipforums is the first forum I"ve posted in like 6 years. With IM you can go point to point back and forth. With forums once somebody gets off track, there's like no chance of gettin back on. + I don't know how long ti takes for people to respond lol.

Well I've had spiritual experiences which have taught me a lot (Jhanas. Somethin akin to rolling on the best ecstasy pills-x3 for days a time. I know easy ways for people to reach these states too). But yah, these truths don't come from books, they come from being aware. All action is sparked by thought, whether its the evolution of plants, behavior of animals or lifestyles of humans. I figure people who see my long ass posts and finish it find it worth the 5 min. read to get closer to truth. That's why i spent 30 minutes typing it lol (and retyping).

See, the reason I don't fully read your post is because I can tell from the tone of it that it echoes my own feelings, and every snippet I read is a snippet I already know. :)

I think you could greatly further your development by supplementing your innate knowledge with literature. It might be mostly reaffirming things you already know, but you would certainly learn things here and there.

Anyways, sorry to take your thread off topic. I am happy to see another individual who thinks in similar lines to myself, and I think we need many, many more people to think like you do for our world and kind to make it.

Well I do web browse a lot and pick up ideas from all over, although I can't reference sources by heart.

The book "Conversations with God (Pt.3, only one I read at least) and "The Secret" are pretty good. Not taken factually necessarily, but they will open up your perspective on a lot of things.

Jimmy, I think you gotta make more posts. Like minds have a magnification effect, and I could definately expand myself through your thoughts. Nah mean?
