or when you ask if they have any tea and they say "yes, would you like some?" and you ask what kind they have and they say a brand of orange pekoe such as tetley and it irritates you beyond belief because they got you excited about tea and they actually don't even know that there are other types of tea besides orange pekoe let alone have any to offer you!!!!!
